Finance and Operational Oversight Committee

The FOO committee performs the following tasks:

• Regularly reviews the financial and physical assets of the organization
• Reviews the contracts, bonding, and insurance of the organization to ensure compliance with the Constitution and Bylaws, local, state, and federal regulations, review policies and procedures regarding the administration of the Council and encourage good business practices
• Performs functions as detailed in any separate Board-approved policies.

The current co-chairs are Seth Snyder and Terry Ring.
