Advocacy for R&D

Printer-friendly versionSend to friend

One of the objectives of CCR's strategic framework is to be an effective and proactive resource on public policy issues in our areas of expertise. Two of the primary groups with which we need to work are Congress and the media. On this page we have posted CCR's public resources for advocating research investment.

In addition, in the members only section, we maintain a private resource center which provides information on CCR's priority issues and a means to contact Congress and the media. To access the members only section, click on the Member Login button on the right sidebar.

CCR's Position Statements
CCR writes position statements annually on the budget for federal agencies which fund research in the chemical sciences. In addition, CCR "signs-on" to letters and statements issued by our sister societies and coalitions. All positions of CCR can be found here.
